At GOLFFLOG™, we work hard to ship your order as quickly and securely as possible.

 


 

1. Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

 


 

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

 

  • US Orders: Flat rate (or specify free shipping if VIP).

  • VIP Members: Enjoy unlimited free shipping within the US.

  • International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.

 


 

3. Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 


 

4. Shipping Restrictions

 

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you are unsure about your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 


 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

GOLFFLOG™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at will@golfflog.golf with your order number and photos of the damage.

 


 

6. International Taxes & Duties

 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
