At GOLFFLOG™, every product is crafted with care for our G-FLO community. This isn’t just another golf brand—it’s a one-man operation inspired by years of serving golfers as a Golf Professional.
As we grow together, your support keeps our clubhouse alive. For this reason, most refunds are issued as G-Balance Credit, applied to your account for future purchases. This ensures we can continue creating while rewarding you for staying with us.
Store credit (G-Balance) is issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
We’ll notify you once it’s processed.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are provided only in USD store credit.
🌿 All Sales Final (Limited Edition Items)
PT1 and other early drops are limited-edition products. All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if your item arrives damaged or if we made an error.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email will@golfflog.golf within 7 days of delivery, including:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description
We’ll make it right with a replacement or G-Balance credit.
📬 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
